Fordele og ulemper
Fordele og ulemper
- The last is women-specific for a natural fit and extra comfort.
- The asymmetric Velcro closure prevents pressure points on top of the foot, which you will appreciate particularly on longer rides.
- The wrap-around construction ensures a snug fit and prevents your feet sliding in the shoes.
- As the sole is not as stiff as performance models, it is comfortable but slightly less efficient in sprints.
- The shoes do not include reflective elements, limiting your visibility in the dark, but this is easily solved with accessories.

The Shimano XC102 W cycling shoes are specially designed for female mountain bikers looking for comfort, control and efficiency on the trails. With their snug fit and cleverly developed construction, the shoes deliver consistent performance without compromising on wearing comfort. Ideal for sporty cycling, technical trails as well as recreational rides through the forest.
Comfortable women-specific fit with breathable upper
This MTB shoe has a perforated synthetic leather upper that combines with breathable mesh for excellent ventilation. The last is specifically tailored to the female foot, making the fit feel natural and supportive. The asymmetrically placed Velcro straps help to prevent pressure points on the instep, and the wrap-around construction envelops the foot securely. Ideal for rides in moderate to warm outdoor temperatures.
Practical details for grip and ease of use
The three robust Velcro closures allow you to quickly customise the shoe to your foot shape. The fibreglass-reinforced nylon sole allows for good power transfer during pedalling, and the rubber XC outsole with competition profile ensures stability on the pedal as well as grip when you need to walk on rough terrain. The durable construction withstands high-intensity use on varied surfaces.
